Effective Monday, November 1st, all patients who schedule a COVID test at LifeCare will receive a kit to perform their own test. This is for patients who are symptomatic and want a test only.

To be tested for COVID-19, patients must schedule a test at LifeCare by calling 463-4750.

All COVID testing patients should arrive at Door N5. Once the patient has arrived at their scheduled appointment, they will pick up a test kit, then go back to their vehicle and conduct the simple nasal swab (instructions provided). They will return the sample to the designated collection location in door ​N5. Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals.
