Join us for our upcoming hybrid class starting on October 8th, 2024! The class will meet one evening a week for 5 weeks, followed by 2 clinical days and one state testing day in Roseau. Anyone 15+ is eligible to join.

You are eligible to take the class and the state tests at age 15 so you are qualified to be employed at age 16.

Beginning in March 2025, all of our nursing assistant classes in-house will be hybrid; we will no longer be offering all in-person classes at LifeCare. The class will be 75 hours total with 20 hours of in-person instruction, 39 hours online instruction, and 16 hours of supervised practical training at the nursing home. You can join this class at any time. We will offer OnTrack, another hybrid program, until our LIfeCare Hybrid class is up and running. We also offer classes at  Roseau High School and Greenbush Middle River High School during the school day if you are a high school student in one of those schools.  

*The option of class sponsorship to cover the cost of class is available. 

*You can also work towards challenging the state test if you have let your certification expire and would like to continue working as a certified nursing assistant.

*A Criminal Background Study (as required by the Department of Human Services) and a tuberculin skin test will need to be completed per class requirements.
