TAI JI QUAN (pronounced Tie-G-Chwan) is an evidence-based exercise and fall prevention program for people of all ages. Participants will learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment  to reduce fall risk factors, and learn exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
