PowerSports is a non-sport specific program aiming to develop athletes in all aspects of sport, including power, speed, endurance, agility, explosiveness, and overall strength. It is a progressive program in which athletes will consistently be challenged at higher levels each session to advance their abilities. The athletic progression of each athlete will be monitored to see, and feel results by the final session. Our ultimate goal is to enhance performance within all aspects to increase the abilities of a well-rounded athlete. PowerSports welcomes athletes grades 7-12.
