The LifeCare Behavioral Health Department provides therapeutic and assessment services as well as medication management for mental health symptoms on an out-patient basis. Our team of providers assist individuals in developing a treatment plan that is right for them, beginning with a diagnostic assessment. These services are available to individuals (ages six and up), families, and couples. Referrals are not necessary to schedule an appointment and can be made by calling 218-463-4732. We are available in the office from Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and some therapists offer limited evening and weekend appointments via telehealth services.

LifeCare Behavioral Health provides therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Our team of licensed therapists work with each individual to determine the best diagnosis and treatment approach, starting with a diagnostic assessment. An individual treatment plan is then developed to address problems, symptoms, and other areas of concern. The frequency and duration of therapy varies greatly and is dependent on the needs of each individual. We provide therapy services at our Roseau and Warroad office locations, through telehealth services (Webex), and via phone services following the initial appointment. Our goal is to provide the best services possible for each individual’s specific needs.

Assessment
Assessment and evaluation services are available through LifeCare Behavioral Health. Our process always begins with a full diagnostic interview or a diagnostic assessment to help determine an individual’s specific needs. A mental health diagnosis and treatment can often be completed through this process, but at times additional testing is necessary. LifeCare Behavioral Health offers the following assessments:

Mental Health Medication Management
LifeCare Behavioral Health provides mental health medication management services. The psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner can evaluate, diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in individuals ages 6 and older.
