Get Your Flu Shot!
Getting your flu shot means you are protecting yourself from the influenza virus. Flu season usually starts sometime in October and can last until May, so it is important to get vaccinated early. The vaccine will reduce your chances of contracting certain strains of the virus and if you do get sick, having the vaccine can significantly reduce the severity of your symptoms.
