LifeCare is offering a dual Flu Shot + Covid Booster clinic on November 21st.

Getting your flu shot means you are protecting yourself from the influenza virus. Flu season usually starts sometime in October and can last until May, so it is important to get vaccinated early. The vaccine will reduce your chances of contracting certain strains of the virus and if you do get sick, having the vaccine can significantly reduce the severity of your symptoms.

As for the COVID-19 vaccine, everyone 12 years and older should get 1 dose of an FDA-approved, updated 2023–2024 COVID‑19 vaccine. If you have received a COVID‑19 vaccine recently, you should wait at least 8 weeks (2 Months) after your most recent dose to get the updated 2023–2024 COVID‑19 vaccine.

• We will provide flu shots and the updated Pfizer boosters for ages 12 and older for those that want the booster shot.
• Limited doses of COVID boosters available so appointments required at this clinic if wanting the COVID booster.

• Ages 5 and older Covid boosters available.
