Sara Howell

Sara Howell is a Physical Therapist Assistant at LifeCare Medical Center. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Northland Community and Technical College.

Born and raised in Roseau, Sara is grateful to provide care in the community she calls home. She enjoys the variety that comes with working in a rural setting, where she’s able to help patients of all ages and backgrounds reach their therapy goals.

Sara takes a patient-centered approach to care—always keeping each person’s lifestyle, goals, and progress at the forefront of her treatment plans.

Outside of work, Sara loves spending time with her family and staying active through ice fishing, snowshoeing, golfing, and bowling.
