Morgan Lefrooth
Morgan Lefrooth is a Physical Therapist at LifeCare Medical Center. She earned both her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota.
Morgan’s passion for physical therapy began in high school after job shadowing and completing a summer internship at LifeCare Medical Center. That early experience—along with her time working as a CNA at Roseau Manor—helped solidify her decision to pursue a career focused on helping people regain strength, function, and independence. She loves that physical therapy allows her to build personal connections with patients while helping them achieve their goals and improve their daily lives.
A Roseau native, Morgan is proud to serve the community she calls home. Having begun her career journey at LifeCare, she’s grateful for the early experiences that sparked her passion for physical therapy, and returning to Roseau County to continue her career was an easy choice. She currently provides care at LifeCare’s Greenbush satellite clinic, where she enjoys the variety and rewarding challenges of working in a rural health setting.
Morgan’s approach to patient care is adaptable and collaborative. She meets patients where they’re at, progressing at a pace that fits their needs and comfort level, while using evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys hunting, fishing, running, reading, and spending time outdoors—whether at the cabin or traveling somewhere new. She and her husband share their home with three lively fur babies: one dog and two cats.
