Jake Leverington

Jake Leverington is a Physical Therapist at LifeCare Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota.

Jake first discovered the benefits of physical therapy through his own sports injuries, which inspired him to pursue a career helping others recover and maintain their mobility. Growing up in Roseau, he always thought it would be a great place to raise a family, and he is proud to serve his hometown community.

He enjoys helping patients stay active as they age, focusing on personalized care to support their goals and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, including hunting, fishing, and relaxing at the lake.
