Ashley Palmquist

Ashley Palmquist is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and LSVT BIG instructor at LifeCare Medical Center. She earned her degree from the University of Mary and brings a passion for helping patients improve their mobility, manage chronic conditions, and regain confidence in their bodies.

Ashley takes a personalized, collaborative approach to patient care. She believes building strong rapport is key to successful outcomes and enjoys creating a comfortable environment where patients feel supported in sharing their personal goals. She is passionate about helping individuals manage chronic conditions, regain mobility, and reconnect with their bodies—whether it’s through lymphedema management, postpartum recovery, or neurological rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family outdoors—whether it’s weekend walks, trips to the beach, or riding four-wheelers. She’s also an avid hobbyist, exploring macramé, cake decorating, woodworking, plant propagation, and occasionally playing the saxophone.
