Amber Huener
Amber Huener is a Physical Therapy Supervisor at LifeCare Medical Center. She enjoys the variety that comes with practicing in a rural setting, treating patients with a wide range of conditions. She has a special interest in TMJ disorders, dizziness and vertigo, and Parkinson’s disease. Amber has always enjoyed teaching, and being a physical therapist allows her to educate and empower patients as they work toward improving their health and returning to the activities they love.
Amber earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota.
Originally from the area, Amber and her husband chose to return to small-town life to raise their family and remain close to their roots.
Amber’s approach to patient care centers on collaboration, education, and meaningful goal-setting. Her priority is to help patients understand how to get better—and how to maintain the progress they make—while ensuring their personal goals guide each therapy session.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys camping, reading, running, watching her kids’ activities, and spending time with her family.
