Our Community
We at LifeCare Medical Center consider ourselves extremely fortunate to live in such beautiful, northern country surroundings, and still offer today’s medical advances to the people of our communities. We are a small community where our neighbors are our friends and together we share a rich heritage.
Roseau County has strong industry support and excellent public school systems which have been ranked among the top in state and national test standards as well as in extracurricular activities. We have a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, hunting, camping, fishing, skating, and snowmobiling. Awesome recreation for all ages!

Community Health Needs
The Community Health Needs Assessment is a great tool for helping LifeCare address needs in our community that align with our strategic goals. In addition, it is an excellent opportunity to visit with community members and partners to give them a voice in what they see as needs in our community. LifeCare’s Community Health Needs Assessment focuses on our service area of Roseau County and is completed every 3 years, or as required by the IRS.
