Group Fitness Classes
Warroad Wellness provides an engaging and diverse schedule of group fitness classes designed to suit people of all fitness levels and interests. Among the offerings are Yoga (including Vinyasa Flow), Barre Sculpt, Step Aerobics, Spin / Cycling, Circuit Training, and Martial Arts / Tae-Kwon Do.
Classes are held regularly throughout the week and are open to both members and non-members, though there is a small additional fee for non-members or those without a premium membership.
These classes are ideal for people wanting structure (a guided workout), social interaction, or variety—since the modalities range from low-impact (yoga, barre) to higher intensity (spin, circuit training, martial arts). The schedule is updated often so members can plan ahead and trials or drop-ins are possible.
