Effective Monday, November 1st, all patients who schedule a COVID test at LifeCare will receive a kit to perform their own test. This is for patients who are symptomatic and want a test only.
To be tested for COVID-19, patients must schedule a test at LifeCare by calling 463-4750.
All COVID testing patients should arrive at Door N5. Once the patient has arrived at their scheduled appointment, they will pick up a test kit, then go back to their vehicle and conduct the simple nasal swab (instructions provided). They will return the sample to the designated collection location in door N5. Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals.
