To assist patients in meeting their financial obligations, a LifeCare patient account representative will submit your bill to your insurance carrier. You will be responsible to pay any amount not paid by your insurance company.
All patients without health insurance will be billed directly for services provided by LifeCare.

You will receive periodic statements in an effort to inform you of the status of your account. These statements can either be mailed to you or you can register for convenient, environmental friendly, E-Statements. E-statements provide you with a fast and easy way to access your statement and pay your bill. Keep in mind that if you ever have the need, a detailed statement of charges is available upon your request.
