Rachel Pearce is a Family Nurse Practitioner at LifeCare Medical Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from Bemidji State University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Iowa.
Rachel chose family practice because it allows her to provide care through all stages of life and make a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and the broader community. She finds it deeply rewarding to help people live healthier, fuller lives through compassionate and accessible care.
Born and raised in this community, Rachel is proud to return home and care for the people and place that have always meant so much to her. She takes a collaborative, empowering approach to patient care—serving as a coach and partner in health while helping patients build confidence and take an active role in their well-being.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys running and has completed several marathons and a half marathon. She also loves reading classic and theological literature, spending time with her husband and three children, and caring for their dogs, cat, and flock of ducks and chickens. You’ll often find her outdoors—traveling, at the beach, paddle boarding, or simply enjoying nature close to home.
