Allison Daniel, DO
Dr. Allison Daniel practices Family Medicine with Obstetrics, including C-sections. She chose this specialty because she has always been drawn to caring for people through every stage of life. For her, family medicine is about forming genuine, lasting relationships—being there not only in moments of illness, but also in seasons of joy, growth, and change. Incorporating obstetrics into her practice has been especially meaningful, allowing her to walk alongside families as they welcome new life and begin new chapters.
Dr. Daniel completed medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, and went on to complete her residency and surgical obstetrics fellowship at Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND.
Originally from a small rural town in West Virginia, Dr. Daniel was drawn to Roseau because it immediately felt familiar—welcoming, supportive, and deeply community-minded. She values practicing in a place where she can truly know her patients and make a difference in their everyday lives.
Her approach to patient care is laid-back, approachable, and centered on listening. She strives to create a comfortable space where patients feel understood and encouraged, working with them to develop care plans that fit their lives and priorities.
Outside of work, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their four dogs. She loves exploring national parks, relaxing with a good book, building LEGO sets, and capturing special moments through photography.
